All of our coasters and cutting boards are coated with a wax that protects them from the moisture of the glasses, however, we don't recommend them being immersed in liquids. To clean: Use a lightly damp clean cloth to remove any dirt. To bring back the shine: Take a piece of lint-free cloth and add a few drops of olive oil to it - start with a few and if needed, add more. Rub it all over the top of the coaster, let it dry and remove any excess oil with a dry cloth. Alternatively, you could also use this mineral oil made for wooden cutting boards.
